Half of touchscreen does not work

I replaced a complete display of the Huawei g650 but now only works half of the Touch. In the upper half senses touches across the display. Already replaces 2 times of display and it happens the same ... if I turn on the smartphone and then disconnect and reconnect the Flex of the touchscreen it works normally but if it turns off and on the same happens... Someone with this problem?
