The water dispenser doesn't work however, when I change to ice (crushed or cubed), I can see and hear the ice spout door open. The ice maker is not producing ice. The remaining controls on the face panel operate as designed. I think the dispensing switch is functional. Can any one help me with this problem? thank you in advance.

The ice doesn't work, the water doesn't work, just what remaining controls do work? Does the beer dispenser work?
