Why is my IPad getting stuck on apps?

To whom it may concern,

My ipad 3 has recently been getting stuck on any app I use and repeats the last action that I was doing. I've reset it twice and have erased everything as well but it continues to do the same thing. Is there anything else I could do?

Did you backup your device and restore again.

Ir Yes them is some app is not working well.

And try to unistall the recente app u have download

Yes I have updated it to the latest OS available

may be having a hardware issue. doesn't hurt to swing by apple and let them run a free diagnostics on it and if thats the case it will pop straight up.
