2 Are replacement screens extremely fragile?
A lot of the customers we complete screen assemblies for on the Moto Pure end up coming back in a few days later with damage to their lens and make the comment they didn't do anything aggressive with the device and the lens cracked out of nowhere. Is there a step in the replacement process that could help with this particular situation?
