RCA tablet RCT6873W42
I can get it to turn on but won't load except the lower half of screen. But won't allow me access or play games .Anything on top half can touch but won't load

rl2533602 not quite sure what your are telling us. Your tablet is a RCA 7 Voyager and right now it sounds like you have either a broken LCD, broken digitizer or possibly both.
