Samsung galaxy 2 7.0 shuts off on devices?
Whenever I use it everyday now, for example as I use it, the device randomly turns off on an app and I tried to charge it so many times and it's still doing the same thing please help.

This is called a crash. The app crashed. If it only happens on one app, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it from Google play store. Make sure you've restarted your device, by holding power until it says restart. If that doesn't work, or the occurrence happens on multiple apps, do a factory reset, from backup and restore in settings. Make sure and backup all your data, because this will delete everything! If nothing works, the apps you are using must be unstable, which means they don't work well on your tablet.

I haven't tried unistalling yet but I"ll try to see what happens.
How do you use the back up and save data??

When you mentioned "Make sure you back up and save data" I wasn't sure which one to press.
In settings, go to back up & restore, and select factory reset. Make sure all of your data (photos, contacts, etc.) Is backed up to the cloud or your computer, as the factory reset will delete it.

Can someone please reply I've tried changing the plugs and it's doing the same thing.
