Fitbit Alta wont stay charged when off the charger.
I charge my alta a good hour and the battery icon shows fully charged. When I disconnect it from the charger the power shuts off completely.

tairaadams, Check the 1st link below for suggested answers to your Fitbit Alta's issue. should be under warranty or even if not contact fitbit(2nd link) and request a replacement on this new of watch. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.

I have this problem too and since it's out of warranty fitbit have advised it cant be fixed. They dont seem to last very long. I was offered a discount on a new one but if they all break down in a relatively short period it just sounds like a waste of money/a good way for fitbit to sell more trackers

I have the same problem. If it's outside the 1 year warranty all they offer is a 25% off discount towards a new one. Since I had bought the new Alta HR to update my Alta and it came DOA and I had to send that back I'm kind of peeved at Fitbit right about now.
