You can look on the very edge of the tablet itself. You will see the disa number plus the serial number is there as well. You must look very closely because it is very hard to see, but it's there.

go buy another one and replace sticker of serial# number on lower back,than return that one and use the code from new recipt. This is easy and you only spent 30 minture buying the same one and than return the old one in its place

Its not really a crime but i support your answer. Sometimes things just do not work out that's were inventiveness comes in.
No there is always way to bypass anything the programmers always put back doors in there program so they can go in and fix anything messed up

your tablet is obv stolen because there are clear instructions on how to get a code on the screen, and if the tablet was bought then its no hassle.
however there probably is another way but as of yet i dont think anyone has discovered it and shared it.

I actually bought mine along with a lg cell phone clothes and household items but lost my reciept. I went back to Wal-Mart so they could look up reciept with my bank card and the cashier just tried to grab tablet and my card asking if it was stolen. I pulled stuff back and asked her if this how they treat all their customers and she called a manager. I waited after 20 minutes I left. I emailed Wal-Mart customer service and still no reply. Who else can I contact RCA yea right. Wont buy their products again.

The number to get the activation code is printed on the device and it's packaging. The device code is instantly available on the website at the time of purchase. You just go to the website and enter your numbers and it will give you the activation code.
Stores do make mistakes and may have not sent in the purchase information.
No proof of purchase and you have a problem.

I bought a rca tablet model # RCT6303W87 (DK) for my daughter 1 week ago. It was locked? Its sync to the priors owners email and the pdf lock wont let me pass the google sign in.? Look everyone, this is a Walmart exclusive deal (activation code required) and there is no back door, no bypass, no answer. You will have no choice but to okie doke the corporate evil empire and do the SN UPC box swap mentioned above. Otherwise it’s a paperweight for windy days.

Just by the same exact one, guard the receipt with your life or even better activate it when you leave the store. Put the one you can't activate in that box and return it with the receipt. They're problem now !!!
Customer service is useless half the time with anything. Noone cares who they hire anymore plus work ethic and knowledge is sadly a dieing breed. I've been a long time, polite paying customer to plenty of places and maybe twice ive come across someone who actually cares about their job. Otherwise they're rude, lazy, mean or just don't know anything about their job! One of the too worked in a department though. I've found out I know more about cell phone hardware and software then whoever Walmart, Best Buy and Verizon hires.
