It scrolls all by itself, why!?

My laptop randomly scrolls thru pages by itself. Once it starts, it doesn't stop. Can't decide if it's the keyboard or the touchpad.. anyone else have this problem and knows how to solve the mystery, I'd love to hear about it.

I took a chance and replaced the keyboard. It was the keyboard.
