My phone will not reboot

i have an htc 8x and i gota notification saying that there is an system upgrade to windows 10. after i have installed the windows 10 the phone just stopped whilst the white gears are loading then it switched off and it is dead it will not turn on i have tried rebooting and it will not work please help
