Wifi intermittent both 2g and 5g

I have several Moto X phones in the household. One of them regularly drops Wifi and has problems connecting again.

The signal strength is reported good by wifi monitoring software. There are no problems with any other aspect of the phone, including the over the air network data.

Where should I be looking?
