@umesh9, Umesh Shrestha , Make, model, year, engine may help in answering your question. Perhaps try removing your gas cap and staring the bike, as the vent hole may be clogged/clogging not allowing proper fuel flow. Ensure that the battery is good and fully charged and spark plugs are not fouled(may be just install a new good quality set to rule them out). Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
Update possible fuel pump/module related, check link's below.

Is it possible that the gas tank heated up causing excess pressure that pushed more fuel into the carburetor and the engine flooded? Or another fuel system issue could have flooded the engine causing temporary issues. Just a thought.
Did the issue only occur once, or is it a recurring problem? It might also help to know the make/model/year of the bike, and whether the bike has been modified in any way.

@umesh9 just to clarify something. Did you just drive the bike then parked it for 3+ minutes, and it did not start right back up? Does the same happen when you park the bike for longer than just a few minutes? You service your bike regular (new Plugs, oil changes etc.?) This is a relative new bike, any warranty on it that can be used to get it diagnosed?
