screen is jumping up and down. Will not stay steady.
the screen jumps up and down when I go to any web site. How can this be repaired?

@mom_1 ,Sharon, Possibly a virus/malware, run your updated virus/malware software to see if something is found and remove the infection. You can also possibly try system restore to an earlier date when the problem was not happening. Links below may be of some help. Good luck.
