Hi,
My ASUS Transformer Book Flip TP500LA won't turn on at all. I've tried pressing and holding the power button, tried pressing all the keys, and still nothing.
I've checked the power adapter and there seems to be nothing wrong with the adapter. I bought a brand new one and out of the box it doesn't seem to charge my laptop or help it turn on.
Is it possible it's a problem with the battery? Please help!!

Hello Solomon! It seems that your battery may indeed be the one at fault as you have already tried using a new adapter thus ruling it out. In order to replace the battery you should refer to the Battery Replacement Guide so that you can properly access and remove your battery in order to replace it with a new one. You can find a new battery at places that sell laptop parts or online on websites such as eBay or the ASUS website as well. I hope that this helps and that your problem no longer persists after the battery change.
