Screen flickering/jumping after a drop. Need replacement?

The tablet suffered a drop recently and was working fine before the drop. Here are some pictures of the tablet after. There seems to be a crack but I think it might be just the digitizer or the glass that was affected. My question is does it need replacement of the LCD or some cable just got loose inside?
