1 Why does Acer Aspire ES1-572 not open USB?
Hello, I have a problem. I bought new pc and it does not open any of usb files. On others pc Flash Drive works perfectly but on this one it does not even show that something was put in!

Did you try both USB ports on the laptop, right side and rear?
Do other USB devices work on the laptop? e.g. an optical mouse would be good or a mobile phone, this way you can see if the USB port is supplying power to the USB device if the flashdrive has no power indication in it.

I've had this issue too, I've also tried erasing and starting a fresh UEFI secure boot entry but the laptop will not allow me to boot into the OS installation to be able to create a UEFI entry TO BE ADDED to the secure boot list. And booting without Secureboot doesn't allow f12 boot menu.
