The iPod shuffle goes to lock mode automatically .

It goes to lock mode automatically as soon as I start it and after then no button works. Also holding play/pause button for three seconds doesn't help....that also does not work.

I have restored it also 2-3 times but still it has the same problem . what should I do ?
