Why is my Chromebook not starting
My Chromebook is stuck on the start up screen. Can anyone help?

I think you might need an Operating system Reset here.
Are you able to get into a restore mode for your operating system from the bootup options?

My hp Steam is power on lights on charge working
but no display
@Axmed Dahir The HP Stream is a Windows 8 or 10 device depending on how old it is. Not a Chromebook.
If this is a Chromebook, it is a HP Chromebook. Not a Stream.
