27" PC Monitor Stuck in Standby

Hi everyone,

I'm coming to you as one of my last resorts in trying to solve this problem.

My 4 yrs old Crossover 27" 2560x1440 Monitor has gotten stuck in Standby. No matter what I do on my PC, it will not come out of standby mode. The Power LED light stays RED all the time. Normally when it's working and displaying something it turns BLUE.

This is the second time this has happened to me and the first one the seller helped me get a new video board which solved the problem. Now it is happening again and the seller is saying that the manufacturer of the monitor does not make these boards anymore.... :(.

I love my monitor and I was hoping that there might be a way to fix these boards. I now have 2 of them with the same issue. The problem is that looking at the boards, they don't look like having any burnt component or short on the board, so it could be that one of the components on it is really malfunctioning. But I'm not electronics savvy so I have no idea how to even look for an issue. I found a website where a guy managed to fix one of these boards but not sure if mine has the same issue. Here's the website: http://nand-hate.com/2015/11/crossover-3...

He's talking about the same video board, the DW270QDP Rev. 02. I was able to track down the manufacturer of this board and grab the DataSheet from their website.

But I still don't know what to do with it and their email address seems is not working. This is their website: http://www.dltcom.co.kr/

Could you please look at all the details provided and let me know if you think there's something I would be able to do to repair this board?

Thank you!

Cris
