I am not getting Hot water from GE dispenser but getting Cold . Also Red indicator light is not coming Up. I checked switch on back and it is On

Have you tried turning it off for five minutes and then turning it back on? The instructions list that as a way to reset the Temperature limiter if the unit got too hot.
