Laptop dropped= it makes a strange noise and no display.

Hello,

My friend dropped her computer from 1-2 feet. When she started the device, it works normally (keyboards lights= OK) but the display doesn't work anymore and there is a strange noise when it's switched on.

What can I do for that?

The noise is probably the fan, but until we don't know we can't help you.

It is like the others said the fan will be making the noise, the monitor itself could have a loose connection which in theory may be the reason for the no display.
