Hello
I am desperately trying to find somewhere that can repair the cracked screen on my new Xiaomi Mi Mix phone, but can not find anywhere to do it. Can you guys help?
Either somewhere that can send me a replacement screen, or I send my phone somewhere, I just need help!
My supplier can't do it, so I'm looking for another source -

I have chatted with the following website: cellspare.com. They informed that LCD would be available after 5 days. So you can contact them on your reponsibility about this matter. I posted this as help for all who have Mi Mix and please check up if the website is trusted or not.

i place order on there and they given give delivery date after 12 days..

I ordered the vopmart one and paid a little extra for expedited, ordered it Sunday and got it today and looks great. $152.80 including $23 for the fast freight. Cellspare is $225 for 4 week delivery.
So I paid a store to install the vopmart screen and it doesn't work, turns on but no touch. Guy says he took it apart and put it together 3 times.

The Mi Mix is very rare with only 10, 000 units around. Youre best bet is to look on Chinese sites like aliexpress.

How much did you bay it?
I just send mine for repair after having used it and dropped it after only 1 day. This device seems to have a glass bezel. Wondamobile charged me 100GBP for a new LCD and 130GBP for the bezel. These are Xiaomi prizes. It all seems crazy!!!
The service of Wondamobile is great but nobody should sell this crazy phone.

hi I have also brought my mi mix from wondamobile, and got the same quote, how much did you shippings cost to send there and back? i only have a issue with the screen and not the frame so i think i will only need to pay for the LCD screen?

I ordered mine from Ali Express for $6, ordered 2 at that price, still not arrived yet though.

Sorry Gary but at that price it is far more likely to be a glass screen protector not the actual LCD screen. When I've found they do exist the cost is around $100 minimum. For example here: http://bit.ly/2lB6JAj.
Your link doesn't show the actual product by the way.
the screen at $6 is correct, you dont have to replace the LCD if LCD is not cracked. but you will need UV flash light and LOCO UV glue to stick the new replacement screen to the LCD, and that would need some skill to remove original cracked screen from the LCD too, else you will scratch the LCD while removing it.

I guess, I will solve all of your problems, today. I found a overseas supplier; we made video call; he really has them. I bought one of them, Tracking shows today is delivery day. When I get it; I will write my experience.

GOOD NEWS. The screen came and it is great. Here is my story: I searched for days;I found a seller in Shenzhen, China. His website is korymobile.com. his mobile is +86 186 80329350. He says "I have hundreds of them;" honestly I did not believe. We made video call; he showed me many pieces. Still I was not sure; maybe they could be copy ones. Finally I took in my hand; it was great and authentic. He called him to thank for fast shipping. I got it in less than 3 days.
you can buy there. HOWEVER, BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SWAP IT WITH OLD ONE; HE SAYS IF YOU BREAK IT; I DO NOT REPLACE!

It sounds very suspicious three days ago you talk about a website that was registered and created on Feb 22 2017 and on the 26 of Feb you got the part, and it took 3 days to get it?
I did not say I CONTACTED ON THEIR WEBSITE! This guy has been selling on ebay. If you are suspicous for them buy from here: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/302235019801?_mw.... Check this ebay profile kukesh18 . He told me if you buy on website, i can ship faster otherwise it will go to UK, later on it will ship to you. And it will cost you more.
Hi Jackie, I've just read your post here and, as i am with the same problem with my mi mix, I'm wondering if you could write about the quality of the lcd screen. Did you get satisfied about the quality? Is it really xiaomi brand? I'm very concerned about that because it's not a ship item

Got my phone repaired at Wondamobile where I bought it. The screen was 100GBP and the ceramic was 200. I will never ever leave the leather case off again..
The contact and service with Wondamobile was professional and good.

Ive got mine from wondamobile also how much does shipping cost? And return? And how long did they take from the day you sent the phone to the day you received it?? Thanks
took about two weeks. Shipping was 15 euros.

Wondamobile refuses to help me as I ordered from an eBay supplier (who now mysteriously disappeared and can't help me). Is there anyone else who can fix the glass & ceramic?

Any Idea were to order the bezel from? Is the Ceramic Bezel really twice as expensive as the screen? That's insane! Nonetheless, glad over any help you can give me as to where I can buy a new Bezel.

Tried korymonbile and got 2 screens in 3 days in Singapore. Cracked them both and ordering now a new one, so delivery works so far.

Send it to iRepair. You can Google the website and address. It's in Singapore.
I sent my Mi Mix there. Now it's good as new. Total price - SGD 140.
At iRepair, you can wait while they repair your phone.

i have the same problem! I've contacted Xiaomi and they say the US market isnt covered and cannot be repaired. Its BS because if i were in China or India it would be covered. i hope you find a solution. I bought the phone from http://xiaomi-mi.us/ which on their website says "Official" but Xiaomi says they are not an authorized dealer

Me too. Going around in circles trying to get it fixed. I've tried everywhere I can in Australia, and chatted to Xiaomi and they say I'm not covered - talk to the seller. The seller isn't replying to me :(

I finally spoke to the seller and they said they won't have the screen replacements till March. I still don't understand why Xiaomi won't repair the phone when it is their phone! Talk about lack of customer service. I blasted them on twitter and will continue to do so till they find a way to support the consumer.

I have the same problem. I think it it is the responsibility of the supplier. They decided to sell abroad. Could you please mention your suppliers? Mine was Wonda Mobile
