Why is my drones propeller not working?

I have a Dx-3 sharp image drone and it has withstood many of my crashes... My friend and I were messing around and he managed to throw a blanked over the drone so it would fall, when I took the blanket off and tried to fly it all but one propeller worked. It spun but very slowly even at max speed. I tried replacing the propeller but it's still not working and when I try and fly it the drone propeller makes a revving sound (it sounds like it's hitting the protector but it's not) hope someone can help me before the weekend is over. Thanks!

I'm not a drone specialist; but, speaking from a mechanical standpoint it sounds like the motor or motor housing is the culprit. If you take off the blade and activate that motor, does it still make the sound? If so, then I would guess that the motor shaft may have bent, the motor slipped out of the motor housing a little and is rubbing on something, or that a bearing in the motor has broken. I would suggest a little more testing to verify the problem. If you can take the motor out, I would suggest applying voltage to the motor outside of the housing. This is all assuming you can safely test the equipment. I can't seem to find parts readily available online, but you could possibly find other motors that fit, if that is the issue.

I got my brother a mini drone for Christmas. It was around 20$,so i didn't expect it to last long.But when we threw it in the air it fell and crashed because he couldn't control it ( or he just can't fly a drone.Anyways,)when we picked it up one of the porpelors weren't working. It worked on full spid a bit but again the propeller wasn't actually working it was just the air flow and it was moving the porpeller. It's just not really moving at all.Help!

I have a problem with my drone if I wanna fly 3 of the proppelers will spin fast and normal but the 4 propeller will spin too but not fast enough for the whole thing to fly plz help me out

try cleaning the motors or taking off the blades and see if they are clogged

all 3 of my propellers work exept one that one does not fly period how do i fix it i asked my dad he said i dont know whats wrong i replaced that one propler with a new one still did not work do u know how to fix it

I literally JUST had that exact problem on my dx-4... Wen the blanket tied it up it locked that blade down well the engine keeps trying to go thus creating a flat spot on the plastic gears in the motor housing.. U can probly see it looking thru the small vent hole on the bottom of the housing and slowing turning the blades

yesterday I bought a drone and in the next hour its propellers suddenly got off and now whatever i do from controler its not working plz help!!

For the propellers u can just replace it with the extra propellers and u can always connect the drone to ur phone and then control it

wait can you still fly it but then sometimes it disconnects from the controller, is that what you're asking?

i bought a dx-1 micro drone and it came with 4 replacement blades, ive already broke two blades but then when i put the replacement blades on they wouldn't go on all the way, its like the hole on the blade wasn't big enough to fit on the motor needle. so i had to improvise and use an actual needle to see if i could make a bigger hole. it worked but the blade is a little higher than the 3 other blades. since the dx-1 is an inside drone i piloted it inside my house and came close to breaking it numerous times, hairs would get caught underneath the blades but i could easily take the blades off and clean it. the two blades that i broke were the #2 blades so i only have one, i wonder if since i can't really fix the one blade that won't fit on fully is somehow making my drone unstable, it can fly just fine but it can basically fly itself, i can take my fingers off the right thumb stick and it can fly itself, it can even fly faster than when im flying it.

min is the same but when i fly min it still will fly but just does not stay in air it stays on ground

So thare is two types of propellers a-1 and B-2. Try looking at the number by whare the blade is. If it says 1 try the A-1 blade if it says 2 try the B-2 blade (it says on the blade) I had the same problem on my Dx-1 which is the same hope this helps :)
