Why my iPod is automatic start?

my ipod is turn off every 30 sec. and when i touch the lcd .

i change the battery , i didn`t fix the problem .

befor i put the u.s. charger in the ipod and we have 240w in israel , but in U.S.A. is 110w .

affter this story my ipod is turned off and made restart alone and when i touch it.

plz help me to fix this problem.
