Does not read sim cards = Data does not turn on

Phone was in perfect conditions until I tried to turn on Data. The button got stuck in "ON", however it does not.

I reset the phone, to its original - fabric-. Everything was deleted, without success to read any of the two sim cards.

If anyone has an idea or resolved it, please share it. Tx in advance.
