I pad mini wont start up pass the apple logo
it wont go pass the apple logo...can someone give me a clue? thanks!!

Try this first: Press and hold the Power button and Home button for ~10 seconds to force a restart of your device.
Then come back and comment to let us know what is happening.

Have you tried an original Apple Lightning cable and updated your iTunes?
You could put your iPad in DFU mode to try and restore your device. This will delete all your data in the process.

Entering DFU Mode on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
Plug your device into your computer with a USB cable.
Turn off the device.
Hold the Power button for 3 seconds.
Hold the Home and Power buttons for 10 seconds.
Release the Power button but keep holding the Home button.
After about 15 seconds you will be alerted by iTunes saying that it has detected a device in Recovery Mode.
Make sure the device screen is blank and no logos are present
Exiting DFU Mode on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch
Hold the Home and Power buttons until the Apple Logo appears.

Can you give us a bit of background on what happened to the iPad prior to this problem? Was there a repair, an impact, water damage etc...
