Baseband and IMEI Number is Null

I dropped my Nexus 6 in water and immediately took out, and for few hours my speakers stopped working and I found that all notification sounds are working but not media so I did factory reset. after factory reset my speakers started working, but No Sim card, I checked all sim cards then I found IMEI is Null, Now I rooted my phone installed Xposed put IMEI but still problem is same because of the Baseband is also null,

I checked all thing like WiFi is working, Bluetooth is working everything is working correctly, and my both speakers also working perfect but MIC is making noise not able to record anything,

Now Issues 1 IMEI Null, 2 Baseband is Null, 3 Mic is not working

I don't understand its hardware issue or software

Please help me....
