Why is my phone not booting at all?

I tried to upgrade my Alcatel One Touch Elevate(5017b) with the tool from the alcatel website. I followed the guide and when it was scanning my phone, it turned on. So i disconnected my phone and after that it stopped booting at all. What do i do now? There isn't a single fixer that can fix my phone. Also i think it may hard or soft brick or something along those.
