Hello, please my RCA sound has stopped working. My touch screen has also stopped working. The screen is automatically patriate. The screen mobility function is missing. The contact form doesn't support my number because I am in Ghana. Please help me. It is frustrating . Please.

Bump. I have the exact problem too. I can't do anything without it. Microsoft says update stuff in the device manager, but I'm missing the display adapter option, so I can't do anything.
