1 Why does my CD/DVD not read?
CD or DVD doesn't load when inserted into the disk drive.

First, check to make sure the CD isn't scratched. Try several different CDs or DVDs. If none of them will load, follow the replacement guide for the CD Drive here. You can also check out the the Troubleshooting Guide for more information.
