and the standard HP.com troubleshooting for this product is not working. There is no obvious paper that can be seen with a flashlight when opening the paper jam door under the ink cartridge access door or at the rear door. Paper jam solutions from HP are not working. Unable to print test sheet. How do I fix these, please?

I have two of these printers, purchased at the same time. One has the false printer paper jam message and won't print.
The other printers' touch screen is blank. the cancel button's light that looks like an exclamation mark is flashing. But nothing happens when I use key commands.
