Why is my phone not charging?
My phone has not been used in about 2 weeks and it has been dead and now i want to use it and i have pluged it in for 3 hours using diffrent chargers and it wont charge the sigh that is red and says it is charging comes up but it is not charging. how do i fix this?
Sounds like the battery reached a critically low voltage where it would need to be charged externally. Not sure if there are mobile phone repair shops that offer the service of charging up the battery externally.
Replacing the battery would fix the problem as well.
