HP LJ 1320 Print Jobs Do Not Start Now

I've had my HP LJ 1320 for about ten years. Until recently, haven't had any trouble with it printing. Some jobs complete, and some don't get off the ground. I suspect that it's taking longer because of larger file sizes and not upgrading the printer's onboard memory. I've looked around for hack/fixes and haven't found anything useful. Prefer to not have to replace it, but yes, it's ten years old. Still doing a solid job when it does print, point me in the right direction, please?

Hi,

Have you got the latest HP driver installed for your printer relevant to the OS? If you are using Windows are the generic Windows drivers or the HP drivers installed? The latest HP driver for Win 8.1 and up is Ver. 7.0.0.29 - 21/4/2015. Just a thought.
