Cannot fully charge battery

The phone was fall down and cracked , screen was broke and battery get very fat. Screen was replaced sam as battery. Then I can't fully charge the bat , fast charging work almost perfect but only to 67% the charging was about 1pc for a 8min and stops at 70 % (still got information about fast charge). I've buy the second one battery and problem is still in my phone, so I flash the other rom, hard reset, cleaned battery connector and main board with alcohol. Everything is still same. Any suggestions?? Used only original parts.
