Power Surge iPhone 4, works but not charging or recognized by pc

My phone 4 sufered a power surge thanks to a bad chinese wall charger. It works fine but doesn't charge or it's recognized by my laptop. could it be the dock connector?

Always good to try another dock connector. Probably has a fuse on it that has gone off from the power surge.

HI,

power surge is very bad. Coul´d be the dock connector but also the the logic board.

So i would change the dock connecter and eventually the battery.
