It is fully charged and has unlimited talk, text and data with T-Mobile. It is a soft beep every 2-3 seconds while it sits on the desk, not being used. . What does it want and how do I stop it?

It's always best that when you are not using it, close every application that is opened and turn OFF Bluetooth, Wifi and turn On do not disturb. Additionally, You should close every application opened because if its opened then it is messing with your Phone in the background and can give you a virus. Furthermore, check the reviews before you download an app. Just to be Cautious, Safe and Secure.

Hey Laurie! I am sorry to hear about your troubles. I actually think you should do a factory reset on your phone if you have not found a solution for your problem yet. Unfortunately, doing this would completely delete everything in your phone, including contacts, pictures, and any other files you might have on the phone. I will attach a link to a video that will give you basic instructions on how to do the factory rest. Just make sure you save everything on your phone before doing it, IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING.

Another piece of healthy advise. Dont ever buy blu phones. They are cheap Chinese quality stuff that does not ever last more then a year, and thats if you dont even use it that much. I am not sure how much you paid for that phone but i can tell you that i can go right now and buy a brand new one for $25. That just tells you how long its going to last.

Hi, Have you checked that you haven't got an Alarm function set (like Alarm clock) and it's activating? Are there any notifications showing on the home screen?

I checked that. no alarms or notifications. And it stopped beeping! No clue why it started or stopped. This is my first smart phone so I'm learning as i go.
