Phone is stuck on a restart loop after after falling in water

Hi, last night I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus in hot water, I removed the iPhone from the water quickly, dried it with a towel, and it was fine. The first problem I encountered was that it said I had headphones in, but I fixed that with my headphones. My second problem was that my phone charged very slowly overnight, 23% in 6 hours. While getting on my bus, a message reading "Touch ID not accessible" appeared, and my Touch ID stopped working. I switched chargers when I got to school. After that everything seemed fine, I charged my phone when I got to school and it charged normally. Around 2 hours later, after my phone was done charging, my iPhone started the restart loop. I have attempted drying the case and removing it, drying and cleaning around the iPhone and case. What should I do???

You should have disassembled your phone and clean the internals BEFORE you did all this. Powering up a wet electronic device is never a good idea, now the internals are pretty screwed up and it is going to be a difficult repair.

Try to clean the board carefully using isopropyl alcohol, if any issue persists, this is beyond you, take the phone to a professional and don't expect it to come back fully functional without costing you a fortune.

Any further tips?? I've had my iPhone off since, and will follow through with the solution you suggested when I return him.

By now the board must have been extensively corroded. Clean all the corrosion and see if it works, if not, board level repair is required.
