Why is my machine not washing/rinsing well?

I am having trouble with the machine not progressing into the rinse cycle. I do get a code for not draining, but the pump works fine and is not clogged. The machine does take a while for it to respond to inputs. I changed the circuit board but the problems still exist. The users use a large amount of laundry soap I found out so I ran the machine without soap for an extended amount of time to rinse any residue away. I have not gotten a code for SUDS either.

After taking it apart for the fifth time the machine ran well throughout the washing cycle but once again stopped prior to rinsing with a no drain code. Any ideas? thanks

① Drain Hose Installation

② Drain Pump defect(Check for resistance approximately 26.4Ω) or Filter Blockage

③ Wire Harness connection problem

The pump and mother board are new. There are no filters in this machine except for the inlet hose filter and they are fine.

The machine drains fine when on the rinse/spin cycle and also at the start of the spin cycle but does not continue into the spin portion.

I am not sure what I would do to install a drain hose but the machine doesn't seem to have an issue with draining.

As for your first suggestion how could I check on that issue? Thanks for the help

@cleanguy so it does not spin at all? It drains in all other cycles? What was the error code you got?

the rror code was just the ND (no drain). I have seen it spin but only when you place it on the spin cycle. I haven't made it to spin on either the normal was cycles or the rinse/spin.

any chance you checked the door switch?

and I have tried to wash it then shut it off, and then go to the rinse/spin cycle but it did not spin. Same goes for the rinse/spin cycle, turn off, then try just the spin cycle..didn't spin.

I am still looking at the soap issue as the tenants used a huge amount of liquid detergent when washing.
