When I turn the blower switch on, sometimes it works other times it does not, when it works it works correctly on all speeds, when it does not, nothing comes on.

Randy, Intermittent blower motor problems, try moving/wiggling the key around with ignition on to see if that effects the blower motor, if it does the ignition contacts/wire could be bad. Other problems could be the blower motor resistor(common problem) or blower motor itself, the switch could be the problem but not common as others.
