The microphone works.but people say can barely hery dar

Try using the earphones with the microphone attachment to make or receive a call. If the people can hear you OK when you use it then it proves that the voice transmission circuitry is OK and that you have a problem with the microphone.

Check to see if the microphone hole on the bottom edge of the phone is not blocked with lint or dust, (use a strong light and a magnifying glass to see better).

Do NOT stick a pin in there in an attempt to clear the hole. You may damage the microphone which is located directly behind it. If you think that it may be blocked, try using a vacuum cleaner to suck out the obstruction. Do not use it for long periods. A short pass or two over the hole should be sufficient. Again you do not wish to damage the microphone.
