Why wontmy iPhone 5c charge
i replaced the screen on my iphone 5c now it wont charge or turn on. and checked the cord, and ichecked the charge port, its clean.

Try useing a different cord, if still the same result check for debris In the port

U also may want to gently blow into the port if it still doesnt work go to the Apple Store
ya, used a few different cords. they all work on my husbands phone and the port is clean. it work fine until i put the new screen in.
Ok, check if the speakers are working, i think the speakers and the port are connected, ifixit has a teardown video, imwould watch it amd see what they think
Don't tell others to blow into any ports it causes corrosion / water damage / rust on the pins.
The better solution is to use a toothpick or something equivalent to clean out any dust or gunk / lint from the charging port if the charging cable does not plug in fully.
