Hi,
What is the capacity of your SD Card?
Your phone can handle a micro SD Card up to 32GB.
How much available space is there? If there is sufficient space can you move some of your apps to your SD Card to create more space in the internal storage area. By default apps are loaded into the internal storage area. Not all apps can be moved to the SD card. It depends on whether the developer has enabled that option when the app was created.

Try manually moving some of your apps to the SD Card.
Be aware, not all apps can be moved. It depends if the developer has included the permission to do so in the app.

Hi I have the same phone and I have a 8gb SD card in my phone but any other phone would automatically download and save things to the SD card but this one doesn't. My internal memory is full and my SD card has 6.98GB out of 8GB free and it still won't let me download anything
I have a 128 GB sd card with 118 GB free. But i try to move my moveable apps to my sd card and it says not enough available space. I have a stylo 2 boost mobile? Anyone know why i am unable to move my apps to sd card?
My ZTE android only has 4 Gb of internal storage but I have an SD card that holds 32. I'm trying to get more apps but my phone won't allow me to download them and all the data from those apps goes to internal storage. What is the difference between a sim card and SD card? And why does the SD card not help the internal storage? Ik sim is your mobile id and SD is for speed and quality of the phone, but shouldn't an SD card help with getting games that take close to a Gb of storage?
I keep moving large apps to my SD card, but it doesn't free up any internal storage. I can set the camera to automatically save pics to the SD card, but why can't we download apps to it? This makes me want to go back to my Samsung ASAP.
Glad i was not the only one! This is annoying. Thats for sure. I FINALLY got my photos going to card automatically i believe. Apps wont though. I will fill up my 32 g card with my pics. And get a new card. Hate cloud storeage ect.... I didnt have to format my card either got the SanDisk brand upon phone startup after installing card it asked if i wanted to use for camera said i said yes. Also got a "otg" thumb drive but unfortunately it didnt work on my lg k10

Settings->Storage->Preferred Install Location- >SD CARD
Note some phones doesn't let to do this.......I mean it has no that option and LG K7 has no this option.

I want to down load messenger I have free up storage most I use is face book messenger

It doesn’t have enough memory for multiple applications and what not. You’ll have to delete messages and move photos to an SD Card to get more space. Make sure you restart your phone afterwards too. You’ll most likely continue to have this problem until you get a phone with more storage.

im having the same problem with my micro sd card which goes in to my wimius 4k ultra hd camera and when ever I put the micro sd in the camera and click record it says 'unsuffient space in the tf card' could anyone help me out here

When I try to move apps onto my memory card, it moves data, but the app remains on my phone and continues using up memory. How do I move the app itself? LG K7 phone.

I have the lg k7. Got the 32 gb sd card for it. Thinking i was gonna have alot of space storage. I was wrong! Why do i have insufficient storage still? And what do i need to do to get more storage?
