PS3 Not going into safe mode.

Good Day Guys.

So my ps3 slim does not want to turn on. Well, the light turns green, I can aslo hear the fan running, but there is no picture and the light goes dark after 15 seconds or so. When I press the button again, it beeps and goes red.

Also does not want to go into Safe Mode. When off, I press and hold the power button, beeps and goes green, then nothing and then after 12 seconds it beeps and turns off. I repeat the move and still does exactlz the same thing, over and over and over.

Is it bricked? Is it the motherboard? What can I do?

Please help!!!
