No Audio call - no sound

I've big problem, it's not possible call all number, and not possible listen all type audio, no mp3 no ringtone, if selection ringtone, show alert message the audio not compatible, but no singol file all file.

I decided open upper grille and lower grill and I look this surprise, photo attached.

But my question is, if I change all frontal display - all chasis it's possible I resolve the problem ? i've buy this chassis(http://www.ebay.it/itm/222005433257?_trk...)

exit a book technical, with map flat etc.??? pleaseee help me
