Warranty issues, customer service issues

My phone stopped charging after 2 months. Customer service tells me I have to send phone first and then they will send me replacement devise? Where is the logic here? Usually it take at least a week with shipment back and forth. How I suppose to be without phone if I use it for work? Who is in now world can stay for a week without a phone?

If I wait for a week, then I will have to find a replacement phone somewhere myself.

I do not know what job you have but I highly doubt you need a phone for work. Unless it is for business meetings or chat to you boss about up coming plan, I really could think you could last without the phone. Just get a cheap flip phone from somewhere like Walmart to use for work temporarily. BLU does this stuff cause they are a smaller company compared to Samsung and cannot afford people to lie and scam them using the warranty system. Unlike amazon you get the replacement before you send the defective item as they can afford scams to occur in their company.
