Replaced cracked screen, now touch screen doesn't work

I dropped my Nexus 6 and busted the screen. Had an extra one from my wife that had software jacked, so I swapped out the screen/digitizer and it is now powering on, but won't respond to touch. I tried connecting everything carefully... Must have missed something - any ideas?

Did you follow the guide exactly? I would recommend going back and making sure your cables are all properly connected. If it still doesn't work, it could be the screen itself, the cables, or board damage to the port.
