Spotify, YouTube and other apps crash on s7

have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and there is a bug that makes it unusable when I open up the app YouTube it crash the app right away as well when I open spotify it crashes the app right away when I go to the new friends section on Facebook the app crashes and on Google chrome I can go to YouTube but if I select a video it will crash the app but if I open up YouTube on browser it dose not crash and I can watch the video and lastly snapchat has a black bar on the bottom I have factory reset it twice and it still won't work. If any one could help me I would be very happy thank you very much.
