unable to dictate messages or request to Siri
The microphone function stopped working when dictating messages or when using Siri. I hve tried several steps but cannot make it "hear"me. How do I restore this function?

Does the microphone work in other apps (Camera or Voice Recorder) If it does then you may want tor try first resetting all settings (Settings-General-Reset-Reset All Settings) (This does not delete any data). If that does not work you may want to try restoring in iTunes.
If the microphone does not work in other apps you may need to replace the microphone (A reset all settings and/or restore may also work)
