Why there is nothing on screen

I got Asus X72V from my friend last week, and after I start it the LED start to blink. First the CAPS and NUM blink together than HD activity several times and after that nothing.

Things I've tried:

  • Changed CPU
  • Changed RAM
  • Tested the Monitor

Any other suggestion
