The tablet will turn on, but the display does not work
I can touch the screen and hear noises like I am selecting something, so it responds to touch, but the screen is black.

Hi Jenny
Can you try to restore the tablet to factory settings through combination of physical buttons?
Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Up and Power button until "Ellipsis" appears then release. ...
Select wipe data/factory reset. ...
Select Yes-delete all user data. ...
Select reboot system now.
If you can get it into hard reset mode the screen may appear.
If not you would need to go to repair shop and get new LCD to see if this can solve the problem.
